The article examines the technology of nitro-oxidation, which consists nitriding in separated ammonia at first organize and oxidation water vapor second stage process, studied structure phase composition diffusion nitride-oxide layer, providing high physico-mechanical physicochemical surface characteristics, competitively capable galvanic strategies getting a coating, conceivable outcomes regulating layer are being investigated to obtain coating with predetermined properties.
